I live in Bingley West Yorkshire, i was on 02 for 4years and it was a brilliant signal both inside the house and out and even up in the Yorkshire Dales!!! then they started trying to roll out 4g what a farce lost signal,dropped calls to name but a few.When my contract was up i moved to EE and it was a joke! i now have the same problems as 02 on my new Samsung 4s. The porting over of my number from 02 resulted in no signal at all and the explanation given was that i had cancelled my direct debit???? i had to pay £29.99 on a debit card to have my service restarted, on enquiring with my bank i was told EE had not set up a direct debit but had tried to take money from my account without authorisation??. It seem to me that all the networks are the same and do not give a damn about their customer base wether old or new, they have you by the short and curlies because of the 2year contracts you have and they know it. Being self employed i need my phone as i am mobile, if i treat my customers with the same contempt i would be bankrupt within six months! if i charged my customers for something i did not provide i cannot take them to court and ruin their credit score so why can they?.
