In reply to:  EE Signal & Coverage Problems: EE have cut back their 3G network in the UK now 4G is launched

  • We had a business contract with T-mobile for circa 5 years without any signal or service issues. At renewal, last November, we made the mistake of moving to EE and now invariably do not have signals on our phones and are based within 3 miles of Birmingham City Centre. We have Iphone 5′s and Blackberrys and both are equally bad, we regularly can’t make calls (haven’t been able to make a single call so far today), if we are lucky enough to make a call it often terminates mid conversation for no reason, we receive text messages informing us of missed calls when the phones haven’t rung and when clients try calling they get a message saying the number you have called is unavailable. Basically we are paying EE to just to carry handsets round with us.

EE customer service is useless and tell you there aren’t any network problems. The lack of service coverage must be a breach of contract on their part I now intend to make a formal complaint in writing to EE and do everything we can to get out of our 24 month contract.
