I’ve been with orange for over a decade and have never been so unhappy with them as the last year. I’ve now had no 3G signal with them for two weeks. Until now the record has been just 3 days. I’m based in central London and find it hard to believe they cannot resolve this. I’ve writtten to orange asking them to cancel my contract. It’s a long shot but I’ve quoted the ‘Supply of Goods & Services Act 1982 (As amended)’ where it says they should be carrying out the service they have agreed to provide ‘with reasonable care and skill’. I consider 2 weeks of zero signal to show little care and no skill. Fingers crossed!
