  • I live in Kidderminster in Worcestershire & have always been pretty pleased with EE as haven’t experienced any major connection problems. Until Christmas Day, that is! Now, unless I go into the back of the house, I can’t make or receive any calls or text messages. All I get is “No Service”. I’ve tried rebooting & switching airplane mode on & off but unless I move rooms, it doesn’t make any difference. I was always more than happy with Orange but EE is destroying all the goodwill that they ever had by putting profit before customer service. Come on EE, get your head out of your backside or we’ll start talking with our feet!
