I’ve been with Orange over 10 years with both family and business accounts. After hailing the tea up with T Mobile the switched off my local mast and now we have only occasional signal at home in Glasgow. When I called to complain I somehow ended up on EE’s 4G service, despite the fact that – as I discovered later – voice calls don’t use 4G so this wouldn’t help at all.
In Fairness to EE, they’ve tried a lot to help and have agreed to let us take our numbers elsewhere.
Switchers beware…. I called Virgin to explain my situation and ask about switching, and they were very helpful EXCEPT for omitting to point out that they use EE’s network, so there’s no reason to expect any better performance with them.
