  • Have been with Orange for about three years, and in the last six months have experienced connectivity problems (Nottingham area). Can no longer get a signal in my house except for one wafer thin position, if I sit still. Elsewhere outside, the phone calls often drop out, or people can’t hear me on the other end, or no service and I just get a voicemail instead of a call. Luckily I’m in the fortunate position of being able to change right now. The thought of talking to Customer Service doesn’t fill me with much hope. Used to be a good network, now extremely disappointing.
