  • I have been a t mobile customer from the early days, at least 7 years. all was fine until the merge with ee.. i now constantly get connectivity problems, like i can hear the caller – they cant hear me or vice versa also text msg and call failure. ive been trying all morning to make an important call and had no success and had to rely on txt msg, its so frustrating and i am seriously thinking of switching to another provider when this contract ends in Feb. i have two phones with ee paying £75 per month and if this problem is not sorted soon they will loose my custom, its just not good enough
