  • T-Mobile 3G Mobile Broadband (Dongle in laptop) is practically unusable indoors, I live 300 meters from a mast, I can see it from my bathroom window, the only place I can now get a signal is on my bathroom windowsill.
    All this has happened since the EE takeover and 4G launch.
    There are tens of thousands of people affected, why are we powerless to do anything about it ? Why are these companies allowed to do business this way ?
    No way of contacting them directly, ring 150 and be put on hold for 4 hours then cutoff, shops tell you to ask questions on facebook as they know nothing, facebook tell you to visit shops or dial 150.
    You have to wait 8 weeks for a response to a written complaint before you can take any kind of action.
    If you cancel your direct debit because you are not getting the service you pay for they set the bailiffs on you and destroy your credit rating
    All T-Mobile / EE are good for are lies and misinformation, they are thieving cowboys, something needs to be done to prevent them trading this way and ripping off people.
